I would suggest you check out some youtube videos from people like Darrel Wilson, Mak and others as they provide some great insight to the pro’s and cons of them.

Elementor is a yearly membership as Divi by Elegantthemes is a yearly or lifetime membership. They both have something over each other but they are good. Brizy and beaver builder is good as well.

Good luck

Divi is the best page builder nowadays :). If you're new on WordPress you can use elementor or DIVI.

I am working 3 most usable plugins Divi, elementor pro and WP bakery.

But with my personal experience, Divi is the best for custom layout design (easy and quick changes).

I would STRONGLY suggest not going with DIVI. I can give you a list of reasons and although most here seem to drink the kool-aid none can give you a good reason besides "it's popular" I have built a few pages using both Divi and elementor. Moving forward I would never build a site with Divi again. Bloated code all over the place. Most of their designs although are mobile friendly focus strongly on desktop users. Which ig f you know the numbers most use mobile devices to search. Also, they are the KINGS of excuses. The support is there but lacking at most times. Usually taking a few times before they will actually move your support ticket to IT support. Also as many have ignored to tell you, once you are with Divi you are there for life. Try moving your content and it will show as a mess. If someone cares to show me a clean migration I would love to see it. And then move my last site away from Divi.
Elementor offers a nicer set up on the front builder. A cleaner user experience. And although I do have the pro version, you can get by with the free version easily.

Just to throw a contrasting light onto this….
I’ve also used both Divi, Elementor and Brissy.
All 3 are good, all 3 have their strengths and weaknesses…. But I’ll stick with Divi 100%
I’ve had a couple of issues where I submitted support tickets and I can’t speak more highly of the staff at Elegant Themes. My problems were sorted for me extremely quickly. And they were my issues (still learning) not issues with Divi… But they fixed them anyhow.

DIVI, no doubts about it. Love the flexibility, the visual builder option, the ways to customize each module, the team and support. Just LOVE IT!

Divi was my very first page builder I used and ever since I stick to it. I tried others like Elementor, Visual Composer, SiteOrigin and Thrive themes but if I get to choose I'll always go with Divi. I just love how modern and easy to use Divi is.

WPBakery gets my vote. A lot of premium themes include this builder with their paid theme. The Highend Theme combines this page builder to make building your site quick and easy.

Elementor Pro is the best page builder in my opinion. The reason I enjoy using elementor is because I can develop a feature rich website, either e-commerce or business website in 2-3 hrs at the most depending on how much content I have to develop for the client. And it is easy to use and easy for clients understand how to make minor changes without having to call me. The three best features is the Templating system, dynamic content, and Woocommerce page customizations. Elementor Pro is wonderful at delivering mock-up websites for clients and other developers. I know that I am going to be in the minority in this group, but that is what makes WordPress so great. Different opinions depending on what you need to have done and your personal experience.

I have done straight up code, frontpage, WIX, Beaver, Divi and elementor. I have found that Divi has provided me with the best experience in building websites. It has been the most enjoyable to use, the most exciting to watch new features release, and easy to find answers. Their own blog is very informative. Plus their is so much more in the community.

Divi has grown to be the best WordPress page builder for me. Why? First, it's modern especially with their implementation of the Visual Builder. Second, the team behind the theme. They are definitely hard-working bunch of geeks... lol... and lastly, it is well-positioned to grow with the WordPress development (I think the people in WPMUDEV can agree) :)
